Resident expert Bushman Rob will guide you on a carefully crafted journey through the woods exploring the sounds, sights, scents, and tastes along the way, deepening your connection with the healing qualities of water, earth, sun, wind moon and stars. Time to stop, listen, breathe, and unlock your connection to the world.

You will leave understanding how to improve nature connectedness and how the benefits of immersing yourself in nature, even for short periods of time, can be incredibly helpful in restoring an inner sense of physical and emotional well-being.

A simple woodland lunch will be provided

This experience is suitable for those aged 10+. All children must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Event Preparation Info

This experience commences at 10am and finishes at 4pm. Follow the signs to the Bushcraft & Wild Cooking carpark where you will be welcomed by Bushman Rob. The experience is outdoors so please come prepared to spend the whole time outdoors in all-weather types, sturdy footwear is essential. A notepad and pencil are handy for taking notes.
