Event outline:

  • Arrive 15 minutes before start of event and park in the main car park if you would like to walk through nature to the Wild Tipi. Alternatively you can park closer in the Bushcraft Car Park.
  • Welcome Yoga Practice exploring breath and movement for good Gut Health.
  • Refreshments: Gut Health inspired light drink.
  • Exploring what helps improve Gut Health.
  • Close and safe journey home.

Event Preparation Info

Please bring along your yoga mat, blanket, a notebook and pen may also be useful for notetaking and journaling.Wear comfortable clothing for movement and layer for the time of year – we will be in the Wild Tipi in Finnebrogue Woods.

Dietary Requirements

Tea/Coffee/Water will be available – please bring along your own water bottle or travel cup. We will also have a protein ball ready for you as you arrive and a gut drink for this introductory session.
