Join our expert Bushman Rob and learn how to engineer an efficient way to cook food over fire using an effective rotisserie method. Learn to cook meat and rotate evenly and about using smoking woods for extra flavour.

This is the ideal course for any foodie or anyone keen to learn a unique fire cooking method.
