Full Moon - Echoes of the Wild – Sound Bath in the Woods

Echoes of the Wild – Sound Bath is a listening-led sound experience that invites you to slow down, settle, and gently attune to sound within a natural woodland setting.

Held in the surroundings of Finnebrogue Woods, this Sound Spa experience brings together live sound and the existing soundscape of the forest, allowing both to be experienced side by side. Delivered by sound artist and practitioner Tessa Ann from The Sound Spa, the session combines natural woodland sounds with carefully played instruments, including Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, resonant gongs, gentle percussion, and voice.

Rather than offering a performance or aiming to create specific outcomes, this sound bath is guided by listening, pacing, and response. Sound is offered with sensitivity to the environment and to those present, allowing each person to experience it in their own way. Participants are invited to rest, listen, and notice how sound moves through space, body, and landscape, and how the natural environment contributes to the overall experience.

This experience may support relaxation, reflection, and a sense of connection with nature, but there is no expectation or requirement to feel a particular way. Spaces are limited to support a calm, attentive, and considered experience.

Accessibility - Finnebrogue is an accessible venue, with accessible toilets and parking available. If you have specific access requirements, please let us know in advance so we can support your visit.
