Large Game Processing
Spend the day in the Woods learning how to process and cook large game from our expert leader Rob.
This experience is perfect for those who have already been on one of our small game courses.
In this course you will develop your skills through the art of processing a large game animal, deer in this instance. You will look at tools and techniques, skinning, hide uses and preservation, butchery and meat cuts. You will then prepare the fire and cooking utilities and enjoy an unforgettable experience cooking venison over fire.

Event Preparation Info
This experience runs from 10am to 4pm. Follow the signs to the Bushcraft & Wild Cooking car park where you will be welcomed by Bushman Rob. The experience is outdoors so please come prepared to spend the whole time outdoors in all-weather types wearing sturdy footwear. A notepad and pencil are handy for taking notes.
