We are delighted to launch Woodland Sensory for babies in Finnebrogue Woods, the perfect setting for sensory play time in nature.
Babies love to be out in nature, hearing the sounds, experiencing the smells, feeling the leaves or spotting light through the trees.
Our sessions are led by Joan Noade, who has a keen interest in infant mental health and play, Joan will share how sensory activities are really beneficial to the developing baby, making the most of nature and using natural materials gathered when walking in the Woods with your pram/carrier.
Natural play for your baby will engage and stimulate all their senses (and yours too!)

£10 for baby and 1 accompanying adult

Event Preparation Info
The sessions will be held outdoors in the woods to get the most from your senses. Please bring a rug with a waterproof back and also a blanket. If the weather is wet then we will go into a wild covered area. Wrap yourself and your baby appropriately to be outdoors in Autumn.
