Stunning Nordic tipis/ teepees
The Tipis At Finnebrogue Woods
Bringing you all the fun of the outdoors, our beautiful Nordic tipis (or Katas) are great for hosting all sorts of events. Spacious and utterly unique, they’re sure to leave a lasting impression on both you and your guests.
History of the Kata
Our Nordic Roots
Our Nordic tipis take inspiration from the Sami kåta, the traditional home of the semi-nomadic Sami people. Their simple cone-shaped frames were made from wooden poles with an opening at the top to let out smoke.

Magnakata
Having set up more than 1,000 tipis to date with our sister company 'Magnakata', we know exactly what works and what doesn’t, which is why we’ve taken great care in creating our site.

The perfect tipi site
Finnebrogue Wood's tipi site has been designed to perfectly compliment the tipis, with 4 Giant Hat tipis joined together to create a large structure to seat all your guests, but also making use of the tranquil forest, green lawn and private lake.
