On arrival to Finnebrogue Woods follow the signs to the Bushcraft & Wild Cooking car park. Although covered by a tipi with heating if required, it is advisable to dress for the elements. The event is BYOB.
Our Feast menus are carefully curated and lovingly prepared in our remote woodland kitchen, with a strong focus on local, seasonal produce. Preparing a separate menu to cater for individual dietary needs is not possible on this occasion.

Join us for a feast paying homage to this ancient Celtic celebration of fire & honey, 4 courses prepared by our wild chef Rory, inspired by the seasonal flavours of the surrounding woodland, hosted at our wild tipi deep in Finnebrogue Forest.
Our Feast night will take place in our beautiful, private Wild Tipi, deep in the Finnebrogue Forest. It really is a stunning setting.

Irish buttermilk rye sourdough, with wild nettle & pickled ramson butter
Coal roasted cauliflower, wild lemon labneh, fermented chilli, pistachio & woodland wildflowers
Mead & mustard smoked dexter beef, smashed potato, wild spring greens & celery vinegar jus
Fire roasted red berries, vanilla & elderflower cream, hazelnut and hawthorn honey
