Rory Gorman is our resident chef in the woods. An exciting, dynamic chef who brings edgy, urban cuisine to the natural surroundings of Finnebrogue. Having plied his trade in Belfast and some famous BBQ festivals, he possesses a burning desire and passion for all things fire & flavour. With an influence from ancient Celtic traditions, he’s at his most inspired cooking in the woods over fire using local & seasonal produce, always mixed with a little bit of mischief!
