Suitable for ages 8-16
These sessions are for kids only, without an accompanying adult. Children will be supervised by our Bushcraft & Forest School leaders.
An authentic bushcraft experience, where kids will enjoy the outdoors, learn new skills and have a lot of fun too! We always fit in time to enjoy a chat around the campfire and a tasty hot chocolate!
Join our Forest School leader Joan and learn about the woodland in a fun way! This is a hands-on few hours in the woods learning the basics of woodland survival, our course covers the main principles of Bushcraft and Forest School survival; fire, water and shelter.
When you drop your child/children off why not go for a lakeside walk around the public paths at Fodder in the Woods or get a hot drink and relax in the beautiful surrounding while waiting to pick up after the experience.

Event Preparation Info
Our sessions take place outdoors in all weather. Please come prepared with warm, waterproof clothing and sturdy footwear. On arrival go through the wooden gates at the main car park and follow the signs to the Bushcraft & Wild Cooking carpark (keeping to the left) where you will be welcomed by a member of our team at the Wild Tipi.
